The Job:

• Characterization of Protein drugs
• Perform routine microbiological, biochemical and molecular techniques (PCR, RT-PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, PAGE, ELISA, in vitro and in vivo assays, etc.) for analysis of protein drugs
• Assist in analytical test development and routine QC assay for proteins and chemicals
• Assist in the stability studies for protein drugs
• Preparing SOP documents for different QC tests
• Assist in the preparation of documentation to fulfill regulatory requirements

The Person:

• Master/ MPhil in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, life science or relevant subjects
• Experience in recombinant protein expression and analysis (cloning, protein expression, gel electrophoresis, ELISA, western blot, iso-electric focusing, RT-PCR etc.) preferred
• Independent and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and team spirit
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience and/ or academic background will be considered for Research Associate
• Travelling to mainland China and overseas may be required
