Job Description
Reports to: CS & Ops Manager
Role and Responsibilities
This position is for a self-motivated individual who will join a young and dynamic team to:
- Answer enquiries and handle complaints through phone and email
- Check information from online portals and explain members’ benefits to callers
- Provide guidance and support on system
- Complete call log, filing any necessary admin work
- Maintain daily operation of hotline office and the members’ databases
- Take notes and actively follow up with the right parties
Requirements
- Functional experience: 1 year’s customer service experience preferred
- Education: At least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English Language
- Technology experience: PC knowledge with standard proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
