Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
Under general description the incumbent will drive operational excellence via project implementations, application of best practices, and process re-engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Serve as centralized project management office for Operations department improvement projects , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget as required
- Central contact point between IT & Operations to ensure operations requirements are correctly documented in the required forms according to company policy (URS, CR, etc)
- Drive Pipeline of Value (POV) savings via project execution and document the savings of continual improvement programs
Operational Excellence
- Drive best practices in systems, processes, and training across Operations departments, working in tandem with respective department heads
- Serve as functional expert for continual improvement and methodology such as 5S, QMS, etc
- Assist department heads on drafting of improvement plans, projects, and required documentation
Regional Projects
- Serve as Hong Kong contact for regional initiatives within the Corporate Operations function
- Manage regional stakeholders and projects such as TOP, 5S, and assist on data submission to regional teams & regional engineering teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years of operations management or supply chain management experience
- Experience in continual improvement, process / business excellence, and relevant methodologies
- Professional degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related
- Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems

- A strong ability to collaborate across different departments and teams
- A high level of time management, prioritization and organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task
- Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Drive and determination to deliver continuous improvement
- Exposure to operating in a fast moving, commercial environment with a strong service excellence
- Exposure to procurement initiatives and systems, such as SAP & Ariba
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
