RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the overall departmental strategies and according to local and global targets
• Review and optimize sourcing strategies, participating in supplier selection
• Develop the sourcing strategy for all categories in coordination with different stakeholders
• Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities and drive implementation
• Lead the sourcing activities for non-productive materials (e.g. Marketing and IT)
• Develop the strategy for negotiation and lead the negotiation process with suppliers or related external parties
• Provide professional consultation advice to internal customers on all procurement process related enquiries
• Monitor, measure and review supplier’s performance and internal customer satisfaction
• Support and review procurement processes for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of works
• Perform and manage the Internal Control System

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Procurement or Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in procurement or administration
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures
• Fluent in English and Chinese with good writing and presentation skills
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, energetic and well-organized
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with positive attitude
• Future working location: Chai Wan
