Responsibilities:

• Liaise with China and overseas supplier in Purchases order. Including quotations, sample, packaging, order follow up, shipment on time and adherence to the critical path
• Communicate with China factories and internal parties
• Ensure accurate and on-time Purchases orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc
• Coordinate delivery the goods on time to China factories
• Prepare product related documents and reports for customs clearance
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Form 6 above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience merchandising or purchasing and able to expedite with suppliers on order status & follow up
• Good skills in negotiation with suppliers & sourcing materials
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and be a good team player
• Able to work Independent
• Good team player and willing to learn attitude is require
• Proficiency with MS office, strong Excel skills 
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
