Responsibilities:

• Execute the T&A on time to ensure material on delivery to factories for both production or sampling Close monitor bulk order follow up with factory with correct quality and quantity

•  Independently work close with customers, factory and all parties on whole processes from development to production and shipment process and coordinates with all parties ;

• Ensure effective communication between designer, factory and supplier.

• Ensure that fabric/trims/proto/salesman samples are developed to meet buyer's requirements, adequate quotations are negotiated and obtained to achieve business objectives - follow up on development

•  Assist SM in the costing and quotation review

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Textile / Clothing or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years' experience in KNITS/ WOVEN wear (with garment factory background is a must)

• Detail-minded with good problem solving skills and able to meet various deadlines

• A good team player with strong communication skill

• Strong with garment technical skill is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin.

• Written Chinese is a must and familiar with issue Chinese sample order

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

• Willing to travel mainland factory if necessary
