The Requirements are:-

• Assist to establish Sourcing and Procurement strategy on home products such as lighting, table top ceramics, glass, plastics, storage and utility items, arts & crafts, etc.
• Follow up and maintain good working relationships with product line team, suppliers, and other related counterparts in order to ensure Performance of Vendors and Delivery of Merchandise.
• Responsible for pushing Sourcing, NPD, Quotes and Project Coordination up to delivery.
• Negotiation with vendors on price, quality, lead times and payment terms.
• Assess and draw up cost and quality analysis on procurement items on project-basis.
• Closely Monitor and Manage suppliers during the production process to ensure smooth and consistent quality delivery.
• Handle All Samples in and out including pack samples & arrange timely delivery.
• Monitor Vendors performance and participate in Vendors Evaluation on Quarterly Basis
• Resolve Daily Supply Issues with suppliers and internal teams as team-work, to be able to tackle issues with suppliers and internal teams Independently. Daily Update Sheet with Local and Offshore Vendors.
• Liaison with the Bank for presentation of documents and collection of LC in timely Fashion
• Represent Hong Kong office to drive new product development and innovation, and suggest efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
• Administrative Jobs on behalf of the Hong Kong Office.
• Provide full support to documentation work and back end for Data Management.
• Tertiary education or above
• 3 - 5 years' merchandising and sourcing experience in hardgoods line preferrably with experience in handling home products, arts & crafts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibilities
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin
• Good PC skills in using MS office
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
