Job description:

• Source new ideas of trims, fabrics, bag shapes for customer's consideration in coming new seasons

•  Pursue and receive all product specifications from customers and contact with factories to follow up all necessary processes including technical issues on bags
   
  
• Monitor factory performance in order to ensure product development and production are on right track
  
  
• Production planning, monitoring the factory capacity and production status contact closely with QC / QA related to quality issue from all development samples to bulk productions and to ensure the goods should be correctly, completely, meeting quality standard and delivery on time as requested from customers.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Textile and Apparel Preferred

• At least 10 years’ solid practice in merchandising field in handling FASHION HANDBAG  and/or SUNDARIES  

• Expertise of sourcing and production processes is essential, with working practice in factory is preferred
   
• Hard working, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements independently and effectively
     
• Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite

• Sound PC expertise – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
  
  
• Fluency in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Willing to travel
