Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage sampling room and warehouse daily operation.
2. Manage showroom and lead sample room daily operation to meet company output, quality and cost control requirements as well as company KPI standard
3. Liaise with US headquarters on samples, designs and ad hoc projects
4. Develop the mock-up samples and designs for product development, and Art Department
5. Review sampling process and delivery from start to finish
6. Manage the samples delivery and packaging for couriers 
7. Responsible for arranging samples and showroom
8. Preferable to have experience in toys or consumer products' company
9. China travel for day visits occasionally is required

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of solid working experience in toys company in managing warehouse or sample room
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
4. Strong organisation skills 
5. Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
6. Those with experience can be considered for managerial role.
