Responsibilities :  

• Responsible to handle orders with suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive deals and terms 
• Update supplier information timely and evaluate vendors performance
• Liaise with overseas offices, factories and customers to arrange on time delivery
• Handle enquiries from vendors, forwarders and oversea offices
• Provide clerical support to purchase department including assist in data entry,orders placement and system update
• Follow-up orders and coordination with USA clients

Requirements : 

•   Degree holder or above
•   Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
•   Pleasant personality, highly driven, cooperative and team spirit
•   At least 1-2 years working experience in Trading or Buying office is preferable
•   Fluent in English, Mandarin & PC skills (esp. MS Excel) is essential
•   Hands-on experience for shipping furniture to USA is an advantage
