Requirements:
- Min. 2 years merchandising, order follow-up or sales coordinator experience
- Diploma or above in any field
- Good communication and skills in Japanese (N2), English and Mandarin

Duties:
- Coordinate with buyers on product development, from material sourcing, sampling to order confirmations
- Monitor order to ensure delivery on time and according to quality requirements
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network in ASEAN countries, ie: Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam
- Occasional business trip is required
**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
