Responsibilities:

• Report to Merchandising team & Logistics team
• Administrative works
• Close follow-up on all orders and effective co-ordination among suppliers, forwarders & customers headquarters to ensure on-time delivery
• Arrange shipments & liaise with all parties concerned
• to ensure the shipping documents provided by suppliers are complied with our LC requirements
• Prepare shipping & banking documents
• Accurate and timely data input of shipment details to order system
• Prepare shipping reports on a regular basis
• Handle courier arrangement for the shipment of samples
• Ad hoc work assignment as determined by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

• 3-Years experience is required
• I/E shipping experience & knowledge in banking document
• Handle full set import & export bills & shipping documents & export bills & shipping documents
• Helpful, organized, responsible, meticulous & a good team player
• Hard working & able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Polite & punctual is a must
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)  
• Immediately available is preferred
