Accountabilities 

• Managing a team, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies in line with the company’s overall vision and objectives. 
• Formulate and execute procedures governing all aspects of sourcing activities including supplier development & evaluation, performance tracking and on-time deliveries. 
• Provide leadership, vision and direction in a balanced approach in evaluating and improving systems & processes, driving innovation and developing best practices.
• Develop and maintain win-win relationships with suppliers which allow combined efforts in improving efficiency, performance and profits.
• Establish and maintain supplier matrix with the alignment from other functional teams.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operation Management or related discipline.
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience preferably in retail and manufacturing industry
• Experience in e-commerce / digital channel /online services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
• A team leader in a dynamic environment with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and capable to achieve targets in tight timelines.
