Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fashion products development, liaise with factories for mass production and product delivery 
• Determine production schedules with manufacturers 
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development  
• Provide the best purchase conditions by conducting price negotiation & cross costing
• Prepare regular reports and analyses of development activity and delivery performance levels
• Search of solutions for any problems which might arise during production

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Clothing & Textile and with 3 years relevant experience (high fashion & small quantity) 
• Experience in organizing the merchandises for seasonal fashion show / trade show is an advantage 
• Result-oriented, presentable, self-motivated and team player
• Good communication, management and leadership skills 
• Willing to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to the PRC is required 
• Good factory and sourcing network
