Our client is one of the leading luxury watch and jewellery brand with a wide range of product portfolio. Their products are always the best eye-catching items in the market, which draws great attention from people. Hong Kong office is the APAC region hub that oversees the entire business function, including sales & marketing, operation, merchandising, and allocation function of local markets. Due to their aggressive expansion in the upcoming 5 years, they are now looking for an Assistant Regional Marketing & Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze model stock achievement as well as stock quality by monitoring stock and sales data and propose appropriate action plan and transfers
• Optimize stock allocation across APAC markets depending on customer requests and market events and momentums
• Be an expert on the merchandising/operation flow and provide daily operational support to Asia Pacific markets
• Manage yearly inventory and all transfers with markets and global teams
• Prepare and share monthly sales report to help Asia Pacific markets and Global team to monitor the sales trend in Asia
• Analyze stock vs Model Stock on regular basis, make proactive proposal to related parties to maintain healthy model stock in line with sales potential of each market
• Support High Jewelry manager in preparing for International and Regional events

Requirements

• University Graduate
• 3 years working experience in merchandising, preferably in watch and jewellery industry
• Experience in High Jewelry is a plus
• Proficient knowledge in Excel & Power Point
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skill in Chinese and English
• More experience will be considerate as Regional Marketing & Merchandising Manager .
