Job Description – Manager, Corporate Secretariat

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Counsel, who is based outside HK, to perform the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work.
• Advise management on requirements relating to the Companies Ordinance, the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintenance of statutory registers.
• Preparation, circulation and filing of Board and/or Shareholder resolutions.
• Execute other legal tasks that are assigned.

Requirements:

• Qualified to practise as a lawyer and/or chartered secretary in HK.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing corporate secretariat matters
• Ability to work as a team under pressure
• Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
