Degree or equivalent qualifications of legal discipline.  Applicants should possess of good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin at communicative level, conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing, detail-minded, well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

For Corporate and Finance Department, experience in corporate finance related work such as IPO, mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code or securities regulatory compliance will be a definite advantage.

For Litigation Department, experience in drafting pleadings, summons and other court documents preferred.
