Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in Law or related discipline
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- 1 year relevant experience or above are also welcome
- Willing to learn & interested in trademark, intellectual property work
- Immediately available is also preferred but not essential
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark searches, registrations and opposition proceedings
- Manage procedures of trademark applications
- Draft submission for filing with trademark office in Hong Kong/worldwide
- Monitor status of the pending trademark applications filed worldwide
- Liaise with clients and foreign agents
