Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality corporate secretarial services to our listed clients
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of listed clients’ companies and their groups companies, located locally or overseas in compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules etc
  • Assist to our Manager in other administrative tasks from time to time required

Requirements

  • Degree holder; Student member of ICSA / HKICS or above is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/ CPA firm/ law firm
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
