Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing Marketing activities in Hong Kong
- Follow up before and after each event
- Monitor & manage social media & digital marketing platforms
- Communicate with existing clients & attract new clients via personal service
- Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
- Respond to phone, email enquiries and requests from customers, internal parties and overseas offices
- Prepare internal reports for management review
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales & customer service duties
- Independent & presentable in handling customer service
- Strong sense of responsibility, Aggressive, self-motivated, initiative and willing to learn
- With good communication skills & good team player
- Proficient in using MS Office & PC skills; knowledge in designing software is an advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred

MM2H Club is a one-stop centre in the Malaysia Consulate Building to process Malaysia My Second Home programme, an official programme of the Malaysian Government. The centre also provides various services and activities for the MM2H community in Hong Kong, which may include MM2H Application services, Property Management services, Informational seminars including MM2H, healthcare and education in Malaysia. Regular gatherings will be held in the centre for existing members of MM2H Club.
HQ International Limited is the principal and trademark holder of MM2H Club, of which similar centres are set up in Taipei and Shenzhen at the moment.
