Responsibilities:

• Data processing and data entry of company information
• Translation of English/ Chinese reports
  
• Desktop research and simple analysis of financial data
  
• Assist in admin work and customer service

Requirements:

• Holders of Certificate/ Diploma/ undergraduate in Translation, language, accounting, business, history and literature
  
• Accurate typing in English, Chinese and financial figures
  
• Knowledge in MS office, Chinese processing and internet applications
  
• Basic finance & Business knowledge is preferred
  
• Japanese knowledge (written) is preferred
  
• Detail-oriented and well organized
  
• Responsible, detail-minded & discipline
• Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
• On-job training will be provided
