Responsibilities:

• Identify business and operational issues and propose enhancement ideas
• Conduct research and data analysis on education policies, industry and market trend, service offerings based on business brief
• Perform feasibility studies and assist in the formulation of business proposals
• Implement business plans, strategies and project initiatives
• Manage external consultants and service vendors to support project implementation
• Provide secretarial support to projects, including but not limit to the preparation of presentation materials, strategy paper, etc.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' business development and/or project management experience; previous experience in business consultancy will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive, meticulous and well-organized
• Quick learner, able to work independently and willing to go extra mile
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Cantonese
