Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in real estate, business or surveying related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property research and acquisitions
• Good knowledge in global property markets, especially Hong Kong and South East Asia markets
• Strong analytical, research and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth researches (including field researches) on various property markets (mainly Hong Kong market) and identify business opportunities
• Compile regular reports of relevant markets and potential projects
• Monitor market changes including government policies, economic environments, real estate transactions, etc.
• Conduct property valuations and site inspections when required
• Perform other duties as assigned
