Responsibilities:

• Report to Managing Director
• Handle full spectrum of Company Secretary duties for both Hong Kong and PRC listed companies including preparation of annual reports, announcement and circulars
• Liaise with internal and external parties for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and PRC companies
• Responsible for company secretarial affairs to ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and other statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Member of HKICS or ICSA
• Over 8 years' relevant experience with in listed companies, experience in professional firm will also be considered
• Able to work independently on daily correspondence and handling clients
• Well-organized, good communication skills and willing to work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office & common software system for company secretarial field
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
