Job Description
* Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 year customer services experience in property management / hotel management
* Highly customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide the highest level of client service;
* Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an
advantage;
* Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Concierge Officer.
