Our client company is a well-known property investment, management and development company in Hong Kong. They own some signature office, retail and residential building in Hong Kong. As their company is expanding, they are now inviting the Assistant Property Manager to join their team and help to improve their services.

about the job.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will :

• Work with the Property Manager in head quarter and looking after 1-2 Grade A commercial complex building.
• Manage building management team and external contractors to perform the day-to-day activities of building management, maintenance, security and customer services.
• Liaise with tenants; handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints
• Work closely with Leasing, Security and Technical teams to smoothen daily operations, marketing and company activities.

skills & experiences required.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Property Management/ Housing related discipline is preferred.
• At least 8 years' experience in property management with track record of min 3 years' at supervisory level, preferably in leased properties.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, competent in spoken Mandarin and advantage.
• Less experienced candidates would also be considered as Senior Property Officer
