The successful candidate will be a key member of a highly professional team handling the property management and leasing of Group’s mixed portfolio of commercial and residential in Hong Kong and overseas.  

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying or related subjects
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years with hands-on experiences in commercial leasing and property management gained in sizeable corporations
• Focusing on properties in local market with some exposure in overseas market
• Previous experience to liaise with overseas property agents is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Tactful; a successful track record in managing tenant relationships
• A team player with outgoing personality, proactive and eager to achieve
• Responsible and detailed minded
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Numeric with advanced proficiency in MS applications
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Property Officer
