Job Responsibilities

1. Perform routine accounting tasks, mainly including account payables, book-keeping, expenses approval etc.

2. Assist in handling month-end report

3. Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers' requirement

4. Maintain proper and systematic filing system

5. Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

1. 1 year relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome)

2. Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated,detail-oriented and a good team player

3. Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline

4. Effective written and verbal communication skills

5. Experience in Property Management Industry will be an advantage

6. Immediate available is highly preferred
