Job Description:

• Manage the relocation  and real estate requirements of Corporate clients from initiation to final settling in
• Be the single point of contact to assignee and provide advice on all aspects of the relocation
• Assist assignees with home search, preparation and negotiation of tenancy agreements, property inspections and check in services
• Source residential properties for clients and ensure property listings are current                                          

Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Hospitality or client-service experience preferred
• Working experience in the HK real estate market preferred
• Self-motivated, results oriented and strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
• EAA License Holder
