Property Officer  (Luxury Residential )

• Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the incumbent is to assist in the leasing, daily operation and management of luxury residential properties within the portfolio, research and analysis of client’s needs and market. Other duties include administering tenancy related documents and coordinating fit-out and maintenance projects, preparing monthly reports and budgets, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, and handling inquiries and complaints.
• Degree holder in General Practice Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Institute of Housing, and or, Hong Kong Institute of Housing preferred
• Holder of Estate Agent’s License preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property and leasing management of luxury residential properties.  Knowledge on DMC and BMO would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality, cheerful and positive attitude
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
