Duties:

Manage the day-to-day operation of a mixed-portfolio independently;
Handle customer enquiry and complaints
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors on routine and ad hoc projects;
Assist in business development

Requirements:

Holder of Degree/Diploma in Property/Housing Management;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;
Familiar with Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance;
Knowledge in Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Able to work Independently and under pressure;
Member of relevant professional association (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH)  is a plus;
Handy in computer software, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
