Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Vice President
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matters
  • Responsible for making travel, accommodation and logistics arrangement
  • Maintain filing system and confidential information
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Prepare expenses claims
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Experience in personal assistant / secretary to senior management would be an advantage
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS office, including Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Reliable and able to keep confidentiality
  • Responsible, proactive, attention to details & well organized.
  • Good communication skills, able to interacts with people
  • Pleasant personality, positive working attitude, enthusiastic, flexible, open-minded and willing to learn
  • Immediate availability is preferable
