Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing of the Group developed projects or owned properties
• Negotiation with tenants and prospective tenants on all leasing matters, executing leasing strategy to maximize the investment return and preparing forecast and budget for the portfolio
• Explore new development opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau and China
• Liaise with professionals including high end luxury retail brands, property agents, banks, lawyers, government departments for the preparation of sale/letting launches
• Liaise and build good relationship with various functions on promotion activities and property management issues to ensure smooth operation
• Analyze market trend for business intelligence

 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Property Management, or related discipline
• 6 years or above relevant experience, of which 2 years are in managerial level with sizable property developers
• Excellent command in written & spoken in English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Familiar with current market condition as well as having good and extensive business network with different parties
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
