Job Description
You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain good tenant relationship and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors of Residential Building in Sai Wan Ho.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
- Min. 3 years' relevant experience in property management company
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances are advantages
- Excellent client relationship management
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Salary range at $19k - $21k per month
