Responsibilities :

• Develop strategic sales & marketing plans for residential development
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on property market and prepare sales and budget report
• Monitor the setting up of sales office and show flat as well as production of sales brochure
• Assist in the production of marketing collaterals, sales office, advertisements and sales documents
• Ensure sale and marketing documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the necessary procedures and regulations
• Work closely with different business units, such as estate agency, legal firm, design house and contractors 

Requirements :

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property field or related industry
• Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a must
• Experience in the production of sales brochure
• Good communication skills, independent, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
