Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to clients
- Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limit to space and business operations coordination, business and operation continuity, customer service enhancement, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day to day operation such as cleaning and hygiene, security control, concierge service, landscape, signage and car park management
- Supervise the customer services team and monitor and control the customer service standards, quality and performance of a portfolio of properties
- Supervise the Sales & Promotion Team to achieve the preset sales target of site facilities including but not limited to, letting of conference rooms, meeting rooms, performance hall/stage, etc.
- Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operations
- Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions
- Develop and implement smart facilities and space improvement plans; review services standards regularly and stipulate proposals for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Hotel and Hospital Management / Real Estate / Surveying or equivalent. Experiences in managing large scale commercial complexes or facilities management projects are required and definitely an advantage
- Preferable to have knowledge and solid experience in implementing smart-facility management projects.
- Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS, HKIS, HKIFM, IFMA or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable projects
- Mature, self-driven, care for details, flexible with strong client management
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Facilities Manager
