Reporting directly to divisional Manager, the Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a division of our guarding business which is one of the largest companies in Hong Kong.  Closely monitor the manpower resources and work processes of the division effectively and efficiently to ensure quality services to customers are provided.

Responsibilities: 

• Report to Division's Operations Manager for the site situation. 
• To ensure the smooth day-to-day security operation of the site.
• Lead the security team to work closely with the different departments of the site to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Handle complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures of the site.

Requirements:  

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security industry, in which 2 years’ at supervisory level.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude.
• Strong enthusiasm, self-motivated, well organized, solution-oriented mindset and adaptable to change;
• Excellent communications, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
• Immediately available is preferred.
