Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of property portfolio
• Maintain and enhance building management performance and quality of service
• Ensure operations are in full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle emergency incidents, customers inquiries and complaints
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships between departments, with coworkers, tenants and vendors
• Coordinate and liaise with leasing & sales/marketing teams to organize promotional events

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification(s) in MCIH, HKIH or RPHM
• Minimum 8 years’ of relevant experience in sizeable property management company
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
