Job Duties:

• Implement marketing strategies and monitor property income and expenses of the assigned portfolio of industrial properties and car-park
• Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues
• Oversee the management and operation of assigned property portfolios

Requirements:

• University graduates in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property field with leasing experience
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
