Job Duties:

• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewal of the Company’s assigned commercial properties including tenancy administration, liaise and negotiate with agents, potential clients and tenants
• Carry out pre-marketing works including cold calling, marketing research and market analysis compilation
• Assist in promotion matters in relation to shopping arcades and office buildings
• Prepare budgets and rental proposals
• Oversee the management of assigned property portfolios

Requirements:

• University graduates in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in property leasing, tenancy administration and property management
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Work independently with tenants, agents and contractors
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Property Officer
