The incumbent is required to head the Property Management Team for a Public Rental Housing management contract:

A practising member of one of the following professional institutions with a min. of 5 years' post qualification experience in property management in HK:

1. The Hong Kong Institute of Housing

2. The Chartered Institute of Housing

3. The HK Institute of Surveyors (General Practice/Property & Facility Management)

4. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice)

5. Housing Managers Registration Board.

OR

have at least 20 years' experience in property management with not less than 6 years in the capacity of managerial post in a public housing organisation in HK.
