RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for property agencies, sales/leasing, repairs and maintenance issue

- Liaison with tenants and client by different marketing communication channels,
     (ie.including social media networking)

- Tenancy administration

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Property Management/Surveying/Legal or related disciplines

- 3 years experience in Property Sales/Tenancy Management/Leasing in office, residential or retail sectors

- Holder of EAA Estate Agency License (E-License)/Salesperson’s License (S-License) 

- Good knowledge of property sales/leasing and agency practice

- Outdoor work is required for site visit, viewing and contractor supervision

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

- Good computer skills (including Excel, Chinese Word Processing)

- Mature, initiative with sense of responsibilities

- Able to work independently

- Immediately available is preferred

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Assistant
