Responsibilities: 

• Conduct internal audit and make recommendations on corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and formulate internal audit reports, operation procedures, work instructions and checklists
• Monitor proper follow up actions are taken for the issues identified in site visits
• Participate in process improvement programs / quality & safety improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operation efficiency    
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality Management / Property Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in quality assurance, preferably in Property Management field
• Knowledge of related ISO practice in Property Management is preferred, such as ISO9001, ISO10002, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and hard working
• Good problem solving and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and Cantonese
