Responsibilities

• Supervise building services work on site within the contracts and the maintenance of site record
• Monitor labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site
• Inspect testing and commissioning of building services installations
• Check operation and maintenance manual as well as as-fitted drawings submitted by various contractors

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in building services / electrical / mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant post-qualification solid experience in E & M work coordination and supervision under construction projects including alternation and addition, renovation and fitting-out works to existing buildings 
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently
• Responsible, with good site management and communication skills 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
• A gratuity will be offered upon completion of the contract
