Responsibilities

• Perform front line management in commercial property
• Coordinate with customers and contractors for daily building operation
• Provide clerical support for building team
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
• At least 3 year relevant working experience in property management, preferably in commercial properties
• Hard working and willing to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS word , Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Assistant
