Job Description
- Holder of Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;
- 2 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of luxury / large-scale residential estates;
- Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Incorporated Owners;
- Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;
- Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
- Immediate available is preferred;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Assistant;
- Location: Dawning Views, Fanling.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
