Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment counter services
- Handle end-to-end recruitment procedure
- Support and maintain HR filling system
- Prepare daily and monthly HR report
- Provide general administrative supports
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment and selection functions
- Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
