Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of a designated property
- Duties will include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff and monitoring contractors’ performance, etc
- Tertiary educated in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 4 years' relevant experience in property management
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
