Responsibilities:

• Act as the on-site in-charge of a residential estate to oversee all aspects of the daily property management functions
• Duties include supervising the property management team, budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
• Attend owners' meetings after normal working hours is necessary 
• Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required 

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Property Management/Housing or related disciplines
• At least 7 years' relevant experience of which over 3 years' experience at managerial level
• Possess MCIH or equivalent professional qualification, knowledgeable in BMO, mature, independent and have strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
• Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
