• Deliver quality customer services at the service counters of a residential estate located at Sham Tseng
• Duties include handling inquiries / complaints and providing courteous services to owners and visitors, etc
• Form 7 or above with at least 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably gained from the fields of hotel or shopping mall management
• Customer service oriented, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
• Willing to work on shift
